We all know that your mind influences your body in many ways. But, did you know that your body can influence your mind?
It’s true, and another amazing example of the Mind-Body connection. A very simple position, held for two minutes, can increase a person’s self-confidence and presentation of self. It is the Superwoman pose (but men can use it, too!).
